We are so very excited to announce the return of our Easter event at Riding 4 Life Ranch. After a fantastic first year with our friends at Sagebrush Pony Parties, we're back and better than ever!

We'll have pony rides, games, prizes, crafts, a photo booth, face painting and of course an Easter egg hunt!

If you work with people experiencing systemic barriers, you already know:

Safety is not a policy.

Inclusion is not a checklist.

Belonging cannot be forced.

It must be cultivated.

In this seminar, we explore grounded leadership — the kind that:

  • Holds firm boundaries without aggression

  • Makes clear requests without force

  • Stays steady when others feel uncertain

  • Inspires willingness instead of compliance

  • Creates safety while asking for growth

This applies wherever leadership happens:

With horses.

With students.

With clients.

With children.

Within communities.

Find Solid Ground:

A 3-Day Ranch Retreat

Step away from the noise. Step into the dust, the rhythm, the breath of a horse.

At Riding 4 Life Ranch, we invite you to spend three days reconnecting with what steadies you. This is not a spa weekend. It’s not a lecture series. It’s a working ranch experience rooted in reflection, horsemanship, and honest ground beneath your boots.
