Intro Mini Lessons (NEW!)

Introducing mini lessons for some of our mini riders!

$40/30mins

Ages 6-9 yrs only. Up to 25 mins of mounted time.

Billed in advance for entire upcoming session

Fall session: 8 weeks X $40 = $320 +gst

Spring session: 12 weeks X $40 = $480 +gst

Winter session: 4 weeks X $40 = $160 +gst

February session: 6 weeks X $40 = $240 +gst

As part of our ongoing plan to meet demands for our services and keep things affordable for most families, we are now offering an affordable bite sized introduction to beginner riding.

Riders in our mini lesson sessions will focus on balance and position astride a horse while developing all the basics from our Mounted Practice Skills unit. The goal of this program will be to support young riders to gain enough familiarity with riding to determine if they want to move up to full length beginner lessons in future sessions.

Please note - this format is not appropriate for our therapeutic or funded clients.

Our mini sessions have only limited availability depending on our instructor's schedule and availability of appropriate horses, which is usually as follows:

In Penticton:

Mondays at 3pm, 3:30pm

Tuesdays at 2pm, 2:30pm, 3pm, 3:30pm.

In Oliver:

Wednesdays at 3pm, 3:30pm

Thursdays at 2pm, 2:30pm, 3pm.
